Massive Update to High Class Games

A while back, lstep did us the great service of collecting notable C-Z games. He not only collected these, but then went and corrected player names and updated ELOs, etc. A lot of work!

I selected all the games from that massive database where both players were 2400 or higher and have now added them to our "High Class Use" viewer! We now have something like 370 games there!
